Milk

To start with milk is the foremost item which is used in various ways in our products like Chana , Khir ,Ghee.

Milk is an unavoidable part of human diet. Milk provides us with minerals, protein, fat, carbohydrate, calcium and vitamins-A,B,D,K and others. So it is also called as a complete diet. It is recommended that every human being should consume a certain amount of milk for fulfilling their nutritional deficits. Milk can be consumed either as a drink or in the form of dairy products like-Chana ,Khir ,Butter ,Panir ,Ghee etc.

Almond

Almonds are one of the most nutritious of all nuts .While the almond is often eaten on its own, raw or toasted, it is also a component of various sweets of ours. The almond contains carbohydrates ,dietary fiber ,Vitamins-A,B6,B12,C and others.

It helps to reduce Heart Attack risk ,lower Cholesterol ,prevents Cancer. 20-25 almonds contain as much calcium as 1/4 cup of milk, a valuable tool in preventing osteoporosis.

Pistachio

Pistachios are rich source of energy and contain many health benefiting nutrients, minerals, antioxidants and vitamins that are essential for optimum health. It is used to decorate the sweets but also helps to reduce Cholesterol, and controlling Heart Attack Risk.

Cardamom

Cardamom has a strong, unique taste, with an intensely aromatic, resinous fragrance. Black cardamom has a distinctly more smoky, though not bitter, aroma with a coolness some consider similar to mint.

Cardamom is rich in calcium, potassium, phosphorus ,magnesium ,iron, sodium and manganese . It is used to treat teeth and gum infections, digestive disorders, dysentery, constipation, congestion of lungs and throat problems.

Saffron

Saffron is one of the highly priced spices known for its color, flavor and medicinal properties. This novel spice is a good source of minerals like copper, potassium, calcium, manganese, iron, selenium, zinc and magnesium. It is also rich in many vital vitamins including vitamin A, folic acid, riboflavin, niacin, Vitamin-C that are essential for optimum health.

Saffron is very much effective in lowering the blood cholesterol level and triglycerides. Herbalists believe that saffron is capable of treating cancer, as it contains anti-cancer properties.
